How long does it take to complete Hifz?

This varies greatly depending on the student's age, capacity, and daily commitment. On average:

Children (5-12 years): 3-5 years (memorizing 1-2 pages/week)
Teens (13-18 years): 2-4 years (memorizing 2-3 pages/week)
Adults: 3-6 years (memorizing 1-2 pages/week while balancing work/family)

Do I need to know Tajweed perfectly before starting Hifz?

You should have a solid foundation in Nazra and basic Tajweed, but you don't need to be perfect. In fact, many students improve their Tajweed WHILE memorizing. Our tutors correct mistakes as you go, so you memorize correctly from the start.

What if I forget what I memorized?
